Verse Of The Day:
Jas 1:12 Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.

Daily Thought:
We so often try everything we can to avoid trials and pain. Struggles are a natural part of our existence and James tells us that the man who remains true to his faith under the fire of a trial is a blessed man. That the reward is the crown of life. Today is a good day to remember that in spite of our trials God has an amazing love for us.

My Prayer:
God, thank you for the trials and difficulty in my life because I know they are there for a purpose beyond what I can see right now. Please give me strength to endure and courage to keep on battling. You are an awesome God and I praise you today. Amen
